3. Track your package
When your package arrives in Hong Kong, you can track its delivery process every step until we collect it.
1. Get QR code
Once the shipment arrives at the Hong Kong address we provide you, there will be a QR code applied to each package. Click on the Pick-up code and take a screenshot of the QR code.
2. How we retrieve your package
Once your QR code is available, it is your responsibility to upload this to your online account, so that we can use this QR code to retrieve your package. SF Express provides a 2-day free storage service, and charges HKD20 per day if the package is not retrieved within 2 days.

Once the package has been collected, it will be shown on the app.
2. How we count your packages
You can pack as many small packages and consolidate your purchases within a week, before we ship this as one quota from your subscription plan.
