Navigate to the “Upload Shipment” section. Input the following information for each item you’ve purchased in China:
– Domestic Chinese tracking number(s) (e.g., from Taobao, Pinduoduo).
– Package dimensions and weight (if known). This is usually not available due to consolidation depending on goods arrival in main packing warehouse.
– Description of contents (for customs clarity). The most important part is to state the number of items or package you are expecting in each delivery round. For efficiency, we use SF Express as the final courier partner to deliver your package(s) cross boarder to Hong Kong.
3. Confirm China-to-Hong Kong Leg
This first delivery is your sole responsibility because the purchases are made with your own personal accounts on the apps. Once your items arrive at designated China warehouse, we’ll update your dashboard. Multiple packages? China logistics handled by each Chinese shopping app will be responsible to consolidate purchases into a single shipment automatically. All shipments are easily tracked via the specific shopping apps you have used.
4. Review & Approve Hong Kong Pickup
When your consolidated package reaches Hong Kong, we will receive a notification. once pickup is confirmed in your account, this is checked off as [one quota] used from your chosen plan.
5. Track from Hong Kong to Singapore to the USA
After Hong Kong clearance, your shipment will be shipping to Singapore via Hong Kong Post, then routed for efficient global transit. Monitor real-time updates at every stage until delivery to your U.S. address. or anywhere else around the world.
